Video to show 5T/day tube ice machines in customer’s ice plant.

Tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter ø22、ø29、ø35mm and length 25～42mm. The hole diameter is usually ø0～5mm and it can be adjusted according to ice making time.

Features: Tube ice is thick and transparent with long storage period. It isn’t likely to melt in a short time. Tube ice is very beautiful, and it can be 100% transparent, crystal. It looks very nice in the beverage, drink.

Application: Daily eating, cooling beverage, drink, keeping vegetable and seafood fresh, etc.

Here are the main advantages of my Tube ice machines.

1.The copy of the best and better than the best.

Different from other ice machine factories, Herbin Ice systems gave up Chinese traditional poor tube ice technology in 2009. We begin to study and research Vogt ice technology since 2009.

The compressor will always keep working in the best condition while other Chinese tube ice machine’s compressors are easily spoiled during defrosting.

2.Power saving.

Thanks to our high technology and smart system design, we can use smaller compressor to reach the same ice capacity. That is compared with other Chinese tube ice machines. With smaller compressor, our tube ice machines consume less electricity to make the same amount of ice.

Other Chinese water cooled tube ice machines consume 105KWH of electricity for making every 1 ton of ice.

My tube ice machines consume only 75KWH of electricity for making every 1 ton of ice. 

The difference for making every 1 ton of ice tubes is 30KWH of electricity.

So everyday, the difference of electricity consumption is 30×5=150KWH.

(105-75) x 5 x 365 x 10 =547,500 KWH, that is the electricity consumption difference in 10 years.

If customers choose my 5T/day tube ice machine, they will save 547,500 KWH of electricity in 10 years.

If customer choose other poor technology flake ice machine, he will spend more money to pay for that meaningless extra electricity consumption, 547500 KWH.

How much for 547,000 KWH of electricity in your country? 

219,000 KWH of electricity is about US$ 75,000 in China.

Warranty for moving parts, such as motor/pump/bearings/electrical parts, are 2 years.

4. Quick delivery time.

We need no more than 30 days to make one or several 20T/day, 30T/day tube ice machines.
