Professional Double-Layer Anti-Corrosion Technology
We provide premium anti-corrosion surface treatment for every flake ice evaporator.rnrnWe first coat the carbon steel surface with a 6u03bcm nickel layer, and then plate a 12u03bcm hard chrome layer on the outer surface. This double-layer protective structure effectively resists oxidation and corrosion.rnOur evaporators achieve a service life of more than 15 years.rnrnIn contrast, most ordinary evaporators on the market only have a single 4~6u03bcm chrome coating without a nickel base layer. They easily generate rust spots within 6 months of use.
