管冰机

Choose capacity from your daily ice demand, available production hours and busiest dispatch period. For bagged ice, calculate demand from bag weight and the number of bags needed. Ask us to confirm output at your site's ambient and inlet-water temperatures before selecting a model.

We quote each machine according to its capacity and configuration. Send your daily output target, ice specifications, installation country and power supply details. Ask the quotation to identify any cooling equipment, storage and packing equipment, and to state freight and installation responsibilities.

Confirm the ice diameter, cut length and whether you need a hollow center or solid cylinder. Send a sample specification or photo of the ice your customers want. We can then confirm which options the selected model supports and record the agreed ice specifications in the quotation.

Compare both options against the same required output and site conditions. Share details of any existing refrigeration system and the refrigerants your local contractor can service. Ask each proposal to name the exact refrigerant and specify cooling equipment, installation requirements and maintenance needs before choosing a configuration.

Plan how you will transfer, store, weigh, bag and seal the ice after production. Specify bag weight and the number of bags required during your busiest dispatch period so we can match the packing arrangement.

Send the available voltage, phase and frequency, along with water supply details and a layout showing available space and drainage. Ask us to confirm cooling requirements and service access for the selected configuration. Agree on the utility connections and site work each party will provide before delivery.

Yes. We can provide relevant factory or project videos for review. Tell us which model and ice specification you want to see. For a test video of your own machine before shipment, agree on the test conditions, output measurement and records when placing the order.
