Choose capacity around your daily ice use and available production hours. Include the largest amount needed during a loading or processing period. Before selecting a model, ask us to confirm expected output at your site's ambient and inlet water temperatures.

Send your required daily output, application, installation country and power supply details. We quote the selected configuration. Ask the quote to list the machine, cooling equipment and any storage or conveying equipment separately, with freight and installation responsibilities stated so you can compare the full project scope.

Choose a seawater model if you plan to make ice from seawater. Tell us whether the installation is on a vessel or onshore so we can review the materials, power supply and layout. A fish-cooling application alone does not determine the water source; specify the water you will use to make ice.

Request a complete machine for a new ice-making installation, or an evaporator for an OEM build or replacement project. For an evaporator order, send your compressor model, refrigerant and installation dimensions so we can check the match. Confirm the equipment included in either quotation before ordering.

Plan storage if you need to hold flake ice between production and use. Size the storage around the amount needed before your busiest period and the planned holding time. Specify the required ice delivery rate so we can check the discharge arrangement.

Yes. We can review capacity, voltage, cooling method, refrigerant and layout options for your site. Send the available space and utility details with your request. Confirm the available options for the selected model in the quotation.

Yes. We can provide relevant factory or project videos. Tell us which model and application you want to review. If you need a test video of your own machine before shipment, agree on the test conditions and what the video should show when placing the order.
